that means you're ugly and your mother dresses you funny in grelvish (a form of elvish loosely based off of jrr tolkien's Quenya, or, 'the ancient tongue.) this elvish is more common to online gamers, etc, rather than hardcore tolkien fans, who prefer the more 'proper' speech, over grelvish and neo-sindarin.
It is a form of Elvish/Elven used by the Grey Company (Grelvish as it is also known) it means you're ugly and your mother dresses you funny. It is based (loosely) around JRR Tolkein's books. These included 350 elven words/phrases, and the fans expanded this into a whole vocabulary.
