Down but not out.....

Well, Our main computer is down and went to the shop. Thanks to have a warranty it's not costing me anything. That's good because they had to replace the computer and it's on it's way home.
On our other computer got infected with "backdoor.prorat" it knocked out Windows system restore, Nortons and my email. If I could have opened Norton's I could of taken care of it myself but, Norton's would not open. So, it cost me $70.00 to get rid of it.
