Coffee Velvet Drink

Ingredients:

10 whole cloves

1/2 cup sugar

2 cinnamon sticks, broken in half

3/4 cup ground Colombian Coffee

4 1/2 cups cold water

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Ground cinnamon for garnish

Directions:

1. Place cloves, cinnamon sticks and coffee in brew basket of automatic drip coffeemaker.

Place sugar in carafe of coffeemaker.

2. Brew coffee using the 4 1/2 cups of water.

3. Pour into serving mugs. Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon. Serves 6.
