Adria's First Time Shooting

Last Sunday we went to the range to do some shooting. It was Adria's first time shooting a gun and she did ever well! Shooting from 25 yds up to 75yds if the weather holds out for the weekend we'll try it again.

BLACKSBURG, Virginia (CNN) -- Long before before Cho Seung-Hui's deadly shooting spree on the Virginia Tech campus, a professor was so concerned about his anger that she took him out of another instructor's class and taught him one-on-one.
The former chairwoman of Virginia Tech's English department, Lucinda Roy, said the anger Cho expressed in the fall 2005 creative writing course was palpable if not explicit.

BLACKSBURG, Virginia (CNN) -- A gunman who killed at least 30 people in one of two shootings on the campus of Virginia Tech was dressed "almost like a Boy Scout," said a student who survived by pretending to lie dead on a classroom floor.

ATLANTA - Some dog and cat owners frightened by a contamination scare are forsaking the pet-food aisle and grinding up meat in their own kitchens instead. Sales of pet food recipe books have also shot up since the nationwide pet-food recall began two weeks ago.

Amy Parish, 40, stopped giving her two aging chow chows canned food. Instead, Parish mixes dry food with a mash of chicken, rice, oatmeal and cottage cheese that she prepares twice a week.

Internet Problems.....

We are enjoying internet problems getting disconnected every few minutes and after I reset the modem and router I find out it is not us but the service! How hard is it to send an email when there is a problem with the net work? Hope it is fixed and soon!
