Yes, chillin to the King of ROCK! I'm installin and downloading software on a computer I got from someone at work? I hooked it up the other dat as into the internet and did a virus scan................WOW! I'm glad this person didn't keep my computer up to date for me! I'll not say what was found!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took Tea to Eye Land....yes got new glasses too! Like, as in over $300.00 dollars worth! But, she is worth that and more!
Well back to chillin to Ozzy and computing! ;p

The Rain is Over!

Yes, after about 24 hours of rain it stopped today! The sun came out too! Looking good for the next couple of days. Tea and I did a 5 mile walk after supper tonight and planning to do another tomorrow night as well. got to get in shape for the summer....lol! (true)
I ordered Norton's Anti-virus tonight with a license for three computers. I run Norton's on three of our computers now, but you see we have six others that are either running AVG or nothing at all! Now, I just have to decide who gets Norton's?

Virus Scan....update!

A computer I was given from some I work with has 12 infections! You'll be surprised to see the names of the infections!!!!!!!! If you knew the person I got the computer from!!!!!!!!

Now what should I do to get rid of them???

Yes, today is Peter's day! It's been a gray and rainy day to boot! I had time to clean out a computer I'm working on and install more RAM and get updates from Microsoft. I finally got our network secure! Now no one from the outside unless then know the key can get in! I took time to update our web sites today also, Geek Link & Tea's Adventures!

I then went on a Lord of the Rings marathon as in all three movies back to back! "Fellowship of the Ring", "The Two Towers" and "Return of the King" that would be over 12 hours of Middle Earth! What better way to spend a gray day!

I'm also running a Symantec's Virus Scan on all computer that DON'T run "Nortons Anti- Virus Software" if your not it's not a bad thing to do just to see if your comp is ok?

Well, back to the movies! ;)

Birthday......................

Today, is Adria's birthday! (24 yrs old) Went to Ruby's for dinner and then on the way home stopped at the Mall. I needed to check on a book for a friend and wanted to get me self something too!
I got a book on "networks", I have a Linksys network set up here at home with nine computers running on it! Five of which are on wifi..... need to learn the best way to protect all of our computers without limiting access on our network?
Well as for most you know this is bunny weekend! But, I got to work so I guess I should get off to bed seeing I have to get back up in like 5 hours!

SNOW!!!!!!

Yes, we had snow today......and I took a few pics on the way home. Look here at me MoBlog and you'll see. Running Windows update on a new computer I picked up and then me off to bed. Tea, she has been there for a half hour now reading? Well, till next time!

Work out the ass..... But, the money comes in handy! Hoping it slows a little after Easter! Well just for a week or two....cuz the over time is our fun money. But as of late not getting much time to spend it......
