WHITE DEER — Andrea J. Bidding, daughter of Samuel and Jayne Clemens, and Robert J. Criswell, son of Robert Criswell and the late Florence Criswell, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and has worked for the United States Postal Service for the past 12 years.

Her fiance is a graduate of Warrior Run High School and has worked for Weis Markets Warehouse in Milton for the past 24 years.

The couple are planning an April 23 wedding at the home of her brother.
